Joanne our office manager has over 20 years experience in operating, managing and supervising complex financial services firms.  Joanne is responsible for not only for our national headquarters but with our corresponding branch offices.  Joanne duties include full HR responsibilities and Fiscal responsibilities.

Alice Walsh brings over 30 years experience servicing tax exempt organizations.  Alice has performed and obtained approval for over 1,000 applications for tax exempt status.

Tina has been with Rogers & Company for over 2 years.  She is a member of Association For Accounting Marketing.  Tina oversees and implements all aspects of Marketing and PR.   

Steve has been an accountant for over 30 years. In addition, he has worked in the for-profit and not for profit sector as a software consultant, implementer and trainer.  He has been Director of Information Technology at Rogers & Company for the past ten years and he heads our Florida Affiliate.  In this capacity he has consulted with many of our clients. He performs needs analysis, and installs many of the Sage software products. Software include: Sage MIP Fund Accounting, Sage Fundraising 50(Formerly Sage Fundraising 50), Peachtree by Sage, Sage Sage Abra Suite, MIP Payroll, CRM, Fund EZ, ACT, amongst others.  Additionally he implements and trains client personnel on their chosen software.
